Aki and I work in the same company together for more than three (3) years now. I have started two (2) years earlier than her but when she came in, I realized that I have found my BFF. Best. Friend. FOREVER. Ever since then, we hang out more than usual. Hell, we even went to Boracay just for the heck of it (wink) and I have travelled more places with her than with anyone I currently know.
Eventually, when vacations end, we are stuck with work and we run out of things to diss about. One time, we went to a famous hotel in the city just to have breakfast because we don't know how else to spend our money. (We kinda started an exclusive 'Elite Society' club whose sole purpose was to waste money; I kinda need to create a separate entry for this, this is too funny to be just a side-comment). ANYWAY,so eventually, we got bored and one morning (August 02, to be exact), we decided to put up a blog where we can both update simultaneously and have fun doing it. Thusly, the CDOLOGY Blog was born.
The first thing that came to our minds regarding the inception of this new blog is: What is it about? Then we realized there isn't so much information about Cagayan de Oro online and we want to be part of presenting to the world what makes Cagayan de Oro special. We want to write reviews of local dining and relaxation, local venue and places to be, local produce and delicacies, local people and celebrities, and all other interesting things about Cagayan de Oro, and more importantly, about ourselves.
Since there's gonna be the two of us updating this site, you will, more often than not, find yourself presented with two writing perspectives that may or may not contradict and compliment each other. Aki and I are writers in our own respect and we want to share with you guys the world in our perspective.
Since we are still just starting up, we will slowly crawl to the online social media at first. Eventually though, we should be one of your resources in anything and everything inside and outside Cagayan de Oro!
